This new range offers clients the ability to produce top quality printing
in any market segment. The basic model is ideal for targeting prof-
itability in markets with shorter runs or less added value. The most
sophisticated model allows for high quality at top speeds, for those
markets where printing time and quality are critical factors.
The launch of the new F2 platform allowed for a model specially de-
signed for printing with water based inks. A machine that consists of
high flow drying equipment entirely dedicated to drying white as first
background color and with between color drying capacity of up to
50 percent more. It also offers 30 percent more drying capacity in the
final tunnel with regards to equivalent presses that use solvents.
How can your products best be used to improve the quality,
consistency and repeatability of print?
Comexi: Nowadays, one of the biggest improvements we can find in
the machine technology is related to the startup of a job. Adjusting
for the correct pressure, register and color can take time and produce
a great deal of waste. Our new CINGULARReal solution solves these
CINGULARReal for pressure and register is able to make the neces-
sary adjustments by considering the entire printed image (100 percent
vision). When carrying out the register adjustment, the image is pro-
cessed and compared to a PDF file using a real time image processing
Some of its benefits include:
• Objective match with a well known broadly used file format
• Time saving when checking the artwork approval on a substrate
• Robust and reliable system
• No need of special dedicated marks on the plates
• Totally automatic sequence

machinery. The Technological Centre, which was created to become
the driving force of knowledge within the flexible packaging sector,
offers a wide range of academic options to all participants of our
industry. Understanding that one of the major assets of a company
are its team members, regular training sessions are organized with the
aim of improving their professional competencies.
Furthermore, in order to improve the productivity and quality of our
customers’ jobs, Comexi Group offers yearly consulting services to
optimize the performance of any flexo equipment and increase pro-
ductivity. With this service, our aim is to evaluate and set work guide-
lines. We also aim to train and assess staff involved in the process.

or other events that may be pertinent for printers/converters in
2015? What? When? Where?

houses planned for the next year. The open houses will take place at
Comexi; seminars will take place in different parts of the world and
