Daetwyler's Cleaning Technology department
has named John Faulkner as sales manager,
cleaning technologies and Shawn Tiikkala as sales
engineer, cleaning technologies/DISTI cleaning
John will be responsible for development and
growth of Daetwyler cleaning and solvent recov-
ery equipment sales as related to both Daetwyler
press room and DISTI coatings group. John is in
charge of both sales and service related functions
and overall pro tability of the group.
Promoted from the technical support group,
Shawn will take an active role with customer
development, ensuing both DISTI coatings
equipment solutions, in addition to support needs of core printing
Toray Plastics (America), Inc. announced David
Fletcher has been promoted to the position of
senior manager, Strategic Alliance Group.
Fletcher has served the company as a business
manager in the Torayfan Division since 2013,
when he joined Toray Plastics. Fletcher came to
Toray with more than 20 years of experience in
the exible packaging industry. He holds two degrees from Georgia
Institute of Technology; a B.S. in mechanical engineering and an M.S.
in industrial engineering.
Dantex is pleased to announce
the appointment of two new
technical sales representatives,
Martin Hill and Ross Holloway.
Martin has more than 30 years
experience in the printing and
packaging industries. He has
previously held roles in production management, consulting and sales
for leading prepress suppliers and vendors.
Ross brings with him 18 years experience in the printing industry. For
the last ve years he has worked in the print tooling industry, devel-
oping business via sales of hot foil and embossing products. He has
extensive experience of both prepress and postpress areas of printing.
Comexi Group has named David Centelles,
current director of the Manel Xifra Boada
Technological Centre, as corporate marketing
director. He will combine this new position with
the management of the Technological Centre,
assumed in 2013.
David has a degree in mechanical engineering from the University
of Girona, MBA by EADA, along with superior studies in industrial
marketing, operations management and international business. His
professional career is tied to the packaging industry, both rigid and
exible packaging. He has undertaken di erent positions of responsi-
bility since his arrival at Comexi Group in 2006.
Printers' Service (Prisco) announced a major strengthening of its sales
organization in North America. Michael White has been appointed
as senior vice president, sales for North America. is new position
merges the digital division with legacy sales under one reporting
Mike recently held the position of VP of sales for PriscoDigital LLC
and was a key individual responsible for the company's success in the
marketplace. Mike came to the Prisco organization with more than 21
years of experience with Agfa in North America in CTP, consumables
and wide format imaging.
AV T (Advanced Vision Technology Ltd.) has hired
printing industry veteran Kevin O'Shields as its
newest sales manager. O'Shields will be based in
AVT's U.S. headquarters in Atlanta, GA and be
responsible for two important markets: the U.S.
Southeast and Southwest regions.
Most recently, he served seven years as regional manager for Rossini
North America, a leader in print sleeves and rubber rollers to the
exographic, gravure, and coating and lamination markets.
FLXON Inc. has named Walter Hawkins as
communications manager for its North American
operations center. Hawkins joins FLXON with 10
years of award winning experience managing sales
e orts, marketing and public relations departments
in the national homebuilding and ecommerce
industries. He will be responsible for overseeing
the company's marketing and customer

Global anilox roll supplier Harper Corporation of
America is proud to introduce Brian Rogers as wide
web technical account manager for the Southeast
region. He brings with him diverse experience in
sales and marketing and will be a strong addition to
Rogers joins Harper a er retiring as a professional
baseball player. He played collegiate baseball at Georgia Southern
University and was dra ed during his junior year. He went on to play
for the Pittsburgh Pirates but recently retired to pursue his Bachelor of
Science in sports management from Troy University.
