BEDFORD, U.K .—Atlas Converting Equipment Ltd. (U.K .) is pleased to announce the
appointment of Philip Nichols as its new marketing & communications manager for both the
Atlas and Titan brands of slitter rewinders. Phil will replace Roger Astell,
who is taking an early retirement at the end of 2015 after a period of
almost 18 years with the company.
With a background in electronic engineering and several years’ experience
marketing technology products within business to business markets, Phil
brings both traditional and digital marketing experience to the company.
The company will therefore focus on delivering targeted campaigns and
content to drive engagement and clear communication of both brands and
product value propositions to the global converting market.
Mohit Uberoi Joins Goss International
as President & CEO
DURHAM, NH—Goss International announced the appointment of Mohit Uberoi as its new
president and CEO. Mohit joins Goss having previously served as president/CEO at B&W
MEGTEC. Mohit joined MEGTEC in 1997 and led the business from 2003 to 2015. He has
significant experience overseeing the transformation of global industrial mid market com-
panies with multiple product lines and global locations, with both private equity and public

& Co., a diversified industrial conglomerate. Mohit earned a B.S . in chemical engineering from
the Indian Institute of Technology, before moving to the U.S . to pursue his Ph.D. in chemical

New Regional President, VP of Sales
at Agfa Graphics
ELMWOOD PARK, NJ—Gunther Mertens has succeeded Peter Wilkens as Agfa Graphics
regional president for the North American market and became a member of the firm’s Global
Graphics Management Committee. He joined Agfa in 1999 and held various positions in M&A
and finance. Since 2006, he has been the vice president and CFO of Agfa Graphics’ subsidiaries
in the U.S . and Canada. He holds a master’s degree in business economics from the University
of Antwerp, Belgium.
In another move, Michael Ciaramella joins Agfa Graphics as its vice president, sales for the
U.S. Ciaramella built his outstanding sales, marketing and professional service skills in the U.S .
printing industry, including in management positions at HP, Eastman Kodak and Microsoft.
TLMI Names Mark Tibbetts as President
GLOUCESTER, MA—The TLMI Board of Directors is pleased to announce Mark Tibbetts
has been selected as the association’s new president, starting Jan. 1 . Mark will become the
fourth president in TLMI’s 82 year history.
Mark joins TLMI from the Thermostat Recycling Corp. (TRC) where he was executive
director for six years. During his tenure, Mark led a major restructuring of the association, suc-
cessfully transforming the TRC into a nationally recognized brand within the HVAC industry.
Mark will be replacing Frank Sablone, who will be stepping down from his day to day duties as
of Jan. 1 . Frank will remain in an advisory role until the end of 2016.

ROCHESTER, NY—Kodak has added four
new key members to its U.S. based flexo
team. They are:
• Paul Lancelle, industry veteran and
2015 FTA Hall of Fame inductee, has
joined the new product development
team based in Oakdale, MN, where he
is applying his 25 years of experience in
flexo prepress and printing operations
to the commercialization of innovative
new flexographic solutions
• Alexander James has joined the U.S .
& Canada sales team as an indirect
channel manager with a charter to sup-
port and strengthen Kodak’s network
of channel partners servicing the flexo
• Rick Moncrieff also joins the U.S. &
Canada sales team as an indirect chan-
nel manager servicing the western U.S .
& Canada region
• Doug Weiss has joined the Business De-
velopment team as U.S . & Canada busi-
