Your Partners in Property 8 OUR TEAM Geo Jones Managing Director Commercial Sales Geo has over 25 years experience in the disposal, valuation, auction and consultancy of commercial and industrial real estate on behalf of clients primarily located in the Illawarra and Sydney regions. Geo commenced employment with Martin Morris & Jones Pty Limited in 1974 as a Residential Salesman, transferred to Head O ce in 1980 as Commercial / Industrial Salesman, and soon thereafter appointed Company Auctioneer and Head of Industrial / Commercial Department. Geo became Managing Director of MMJ in 1986 and is also current president of Wollongong Golf Club & Chairman of the Property Council of Australia, Illawarra Chapter. Geo Jones has a total of 30 years continuous experience in the local real estate industry. Tim Jones Sales Consultant Commercial Sales Tim is a Licensed Real Estate Agent specialising in the eld of Industrial & Commercial property sales. Tim is highly trained in the sale of small and large commercial & industrial properties and regularly works with national & international clients. Tim commenced his career with MMJ in 2002 as a Property Manager at our Dapto o ce and in 2003 he moved in to our head o ce in Wollongong to our Commercial Sales Division. Tim is a third generation Real Estate Agent, with his grandfather establishing Martin Morris & Jones the business in 1960. He was born and raised in the Illawarra and is set to follow his father's and grandfather's footsteps by leading the Martin Morris & Jones franchise. He has a background in Journalism and possess a strong, committed work ethic. Joshua Boyd Sales Consultant Commercial Sales After completing his HSC in 2004 Joshua furthered his passion for racing downhill mountain bikes by securing a management position at Wollongong Bike Hub. Wishing to further his education he completed a Certi cate IV in Business Management allowing him to expand his knowledge and experience. In the last year of working at Wollongong Bike Hub, Joshua started writing reviews for Mountain Bike Australia magazine. In 2008 he began working at Martin Morris & Jones in the Commercial & Industrial Sales department and has since completed the Real Estate Licensing course. Joshua is the latest addition to the Commercial & Industrial Team and is now a fully licensed real estate agent. His enthusiasm and hunger to succeed make him a valuable part of the Commercial & Industrial Sales team. Michael Croghan Director Commercial Leasing Michael started his property career with the State Bank as a Valuer, undertaking a broad range of property advisory roles, including development & commercial feasibility. Michael joined Martin Morris & Jones as a Valuer, then moved into Commercial Property Management, and now heads Commercial Leasing having spearheaded its growth to become a specialist department. Michael's role concentrates on larger properties, development projects, specialist sites such as the newly developed IBIS Hotel in Wollongong, and sourcing premises for corporate tenants & 'new to town' business. A professional background, broad property experience & specialised leasing role is unique in the Illawarra. Kerrie Fowler Leasing Executive Commercial Leasing Kerrie has worked in the property industry for over twelve years. Having worked in many areas of the property industry, Kerrie has built a strong real estate career. Commencing in the Commercial Management Division of MMJ, some 7 years ago, Kerrie now puts her local knowledge and commercial property acumen to the role of Commercial Leasing Executive, responsible for leasing retail, commercial and industrial space throughout the Illawarra. Kerrie holds a TAFE Advanced Certi cate in Property Agency, PCA Diploma in Asset Management and Certi cate o f R egistration.
