the current absence of an implementing Final Rule, the Consumer Product Safety Commission has been issuing numerous opinions and guidance documents attempt- ing to clarify the requirements. This session will focus on the compliance aspects of the third party testing and certification requirements of the CPSIA applicable to all children's products. • Energy Management -- Energy management is a key elements in a sustainability program as it allows printing operations the opportunity to create a win-win situation.
