ENTER CODE. The Category Code refers to the entry classification, print category, and substrate cat- egory. Example: A.1.a indicates wide web, line, and film. Please carefully select the correct category code for each entry and enter it in AWARDS CATEGORY box. See the Print Category Codes page for a complete list. STEP 3. Next, complete the technical data for each entry by checking off the appropriate boxes and fill- ing in the blanks. Be sure to provide all information requested as incomplete or inaccurate Technical Data Forms may result in disqualification. REMEMBER: Four (4) sequential, continuous, full web width, 360-degree revolutions of your print samples should be included. If you are unable to provide the required number of samples (i.e . repeats), you must provide an explanation of why the entry cannot meet this requirement.
