Technologies & Techniques The controlled atmosphere chamber is mounted in the lid of the exposure unit. Atmospheric purge and exposure control is managed though a touch pad. The unit is capable of supporting standard analog and digital exposure workflows as well as controlled atmosphere at the flip of a switch.
