With the recent breakthroughs in photopolymer plate and pre-press technology, a more stable and consistent sleeve is needed to allow for the successful implementation of these developments. Our internal research and development has resulted in the most structurally stable sleeve available on the market today. The new surface layer of ER-RESIN was developed to allow the industry standard sticky-back tapes to be used with the required adhesive tack for high speed, high quality printing and ease of removal without damage to the surface. The sealed surface can be easily cleaned leaving no ink residue and employee health is improved with the absence of surface fibreglass. The ER-RESIN surface is 100% resistant to all solvents, moisture and adhesive systems. Cut resistance is improved and the surface is virtually shatter-proof.
