Bobst Equipment Sales Staff Realigned ROSELAND, NJ—Bobst North America Inc. has an- nounced organization changes, effective Aug. 1, 2013. Steve Creasey, vice president of business unit Sheet Fed North America and Latin America North assumed a new management role as zone business director in Greater China. As a result of Creasey ’s move, Bobst formed the following organizational structure to manage capital equipment sales in the market: Doug Herr has been named director of sales, Folding Carton for North America and Latin America North. Brian Kentopp has been named director of sales, Corrugated Board for North America. Tom Phillips has been named director, product line Flexo Folder-Gluers and Rotary Diecutters for North America. Reinhardt: First Products Specialist for HarperScientific CHARLOTTE, NC—Harper Corporation of America has expanded the HarperScientific division and added a new position to the organization. Stephen Reinhardt has been named the first products specialist in this department, a position that was created in order to improve the organization’s ability to partner with clients regarding product application and technical support. The decision to expand the HarperScientific division in this way was sparked by the recent growth that the organization has experienced regarding the sales and industry acceptance of Harper Corporation’s innovative products, such as the Phantom QD ink proofing and flat bed testing system. Vice President Jim Harper explains that the company wanted to fill this position with a can- didate who is knowledgeable about the industries that the company serves. “ Once the decision was made to add the new posi- tion, the search pointed to Stephen as the best possible candidate for the job,” comments Harper. Reinhardt has been a part of the Harper family for nearly 20 years, and through this experience has worked in several facets of the flexographic industry. He holds FIRST certification as an Implementation Specialist and, for the past six years, Reinhardt has served on the GraphicSolutions team, which allowed him to travel to meet with clients and support their anilox needs. The experience that he has accumulated in this role has allowed him to finely tune his ability to train anilox users regarding the care and maintenance of their equipment. Reinhardt is excited to take this next step in his career and looks forward to supporting the needs of Harper Corporation’s clients. 14 FLEXO august 2013 www.flexography.org Herr Kentopp Phillips Oransky Dawson Davis tu Valade Babigan Reinhardt Zerfass Zerfass: Digital Business Development Manager for A&V BRYAN, OH—The appointment of Lee Zerfass as digital business development manager for Anderson & Vreeland, Inc., leading manufacturer and distributor of flexographic plate processing equipment and materials, was recently announced by Darin Lyon, vice president and general manager. In his new position, Zerfass will manage and promote digital hardware and software solutions to the packag- ing space, oversee digital vendor/OEM relations and foster the expansion of digital products and services. Zerfass brings to his new position more than 20 years of technical sales across various printing industries with a focus on digital products. He was formerly national sales manager for Oki Data Americas. Commenting on his appointment, Zerfass stated, “I have always been impressed with Anderson & Vreeland as a forward-thinking organization with great products. A&V has all the right pieces in place for tremendous growth by continually introducing new products while always focusing on customer support. ” Zerfass is a graduate of Drake University with a BA degree in Graphic Design. He and his wife, Kacy, live with their three children in Odessa, FL.
