We are one of North America’s leading laminator and con- verters of customized foam parts. We maintain an extensive network of sales and manufacturer representatives, distribu- tors and fabrication partners throughout North America. Our operating philosophy is based on our belief in TOC (Theory of Constraints) and supported by our LEAN focus and core service principles. A list of markets served include automotive, medical, military, sporting goods, electronics, appliance, transportation, infrastructure and, with the purchase of Edward Graphic Sup- plies (EGS), the flexographic printing industry. EGS, in its 40th year as an FTA member, is the sales and marketing division that work with flexographic printers to identify and help develop “customized” products used for cushion plate mounting in the narrow/wide web and corrugated box printing industries. All printers to some degree are different in their processes and needs; EGS tries to meet those individual requirements. The EGS division is unique in that it is the only true source for custom coated “stickyback” plate mounting systems. We develop our own proprietary rubber or acrylic based adhesives to meet the most stringent press requirements with all production performed and controlled internally. Our PE based, compressible plate mounting tapes are also available in multiple foam densities and colors with or without a supported film. With the newest technology to insure tight foam tolerances with the purchase of our buffing machine, our tape meet today’s industry standards. Our list of processes and material offerings is the most diverse in the industry. With a combination of foam, adhesive, film or fabric, we laminate these materials into various finished profiles based on a specific set of design criteria. Along with an accredited (A2LA – ISO/ IEC 17025:2005) QA lab certified in the operation of a quality management system, we are able to attain repeatable production results for our customers.
