FLEXO Magazine : August 2008
FTA TODAY acts on this information very quickly to benefi t their businesses. At FFTA’s Fall Conference, they’ll share their strate- gies and impressions as they comment on what they’ve learned. This bodes well for success and continued survival in the future. What they have to say at the Fall Conference will prove a can’t-miss opportunity for everyone who is anyone in Flexo. FFTA is providing the venue for this presentation and the platform for these presenters. When it comes to gathering and analyzing information, then interpret- ing the data for the benefi t of Flexo, I am confi dent that this group of presenters will keep being “fl eet of foot.” It is up to the attendee to determine if he/she will come away with action items. The secret to success is to come to this conference and the next conference; gath- er the correct information, really listen and read between the lines, ask the right questions, talk to the great talent that is arrayed on your behalf; and then analyze all of this for incorporation into your indi- vidual “action plan.” POULSON: “CHANGE” is what should come out of the Fall Conference. We need to expect change. We need to accept change. We need to be adaptable to change, so that we stay on top of our game. There will be action plans put on paper at FFTA’s Fall Conference, that much I’m sure of. The Flexo commu- nity will certainly need to implement the changes discussed. Editor’s Note: Registration is now open for FFTA’s Fall Conference. Early Bird specials are available through Sept. 5, 2008, with FTA mem- ber price set at $395. Non-member fee is $795.
